Are Litec products compatible with other makes? |

No, they are not compatible, even if some products may be put together mechanically. The load data provided with our products refer to the use of elements of the same make. Assembling different make components renders this data unreliable.

Are connection kits included with the trusses? |
|
|
No, in the case of the Standard and Heavy Duty lines, the two connection kits (spigots or bolts) are not included with the trusses because the user can choose between bolts or quick-fit spigots. For consistency, the high load line trusses also come without connection kits.

What is the longest single truss that may be manufactured? |

|
The maximum length is 400 cm for all truss lines.

The minimum external diameter that can be built is 200 cm

|
|
There is no single safety factor. The safety factor is a coefficient based on several parameters and also depends on the applicable design standards.

The length of the bay required and the maximum carrying capacity are good for a start. However the correct choice must also take the specific application into account with the relevant parameters.

All trusses can be custom made if they are found to be compatible with design specifications after technical appraisal.

Our products are developed in compliance with the European standards published by the CEN, e.g. standard EN 1999-1-1.

No, we do not provide certification for systems, only for products.
